What is the Hub that comes with "Arlo Ultra 2 Wireless Security Camera"? Is it a current Hub And what is the expected end of life, so how many years until it will need to be replaced? Will my EOL H11 cameras work on with the new Hub?

Normally it would be the VMB5000. Though I guess some kits might have a VMB4540.
No idea how to estimate the EOL date, as it is "at least four (4) years beyond the last manufacture date"
As far as I know, both smarthubs are still being manufactured.

H11 is not a camera model - the H's are hardware revisions of a model, and many cameras share overlapping H's.
If your camera housing opens, you can open the housing and remove the battery. There is a label inside that will tell you the model. Worth doing if you aren't sure if you have a Pro or a Pro 2, since they have different EOL dates.
But the smarthubs (and any VMB4xxx hub) support all legacy cameras that can be connected to a hub, so these two bases will work with your older cameras.
