My smart hub will not activate. The blue led in front are constant, but the Base Station could not be discovered.

Try these things:

 

- Press and hold the reset button for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber. Let the hub reboot (~2 minutes) and try again.

 

- If using a VPN, disconnect it. You have to be on the same network to set the hub up.

 

- Make sure you're on your WiFi and not cell service.

 

- Try the web client (my.arlo.com)
