But when I try to view my video clips via a browser it says I have no subscription. What it the issue?

Make sure you see the trial subscription in Settings, Subscription. If it's there, try a different browser or an incognito tab to see if there's a difference.

What browser are you using? Is this on a Windows PC or a Mac?
Can you double-check the error message text? 4K videos often can't be viewed in browsers - in those cases you can still download them for viewing.
