Arlo Ultra 2 Not Transmitting video

One of my Ultra 2 camera's is not giving me a video feed. The view is a still frame shot.

When I click on video settings all I see is a continuous infinity circle.

I am receiving alerts via text ( motion, vehicle, etc) However no view of warning.

I have shut it off then back on, I have shut it off for a period of time, without and change.

Does anyone have any ideas?   Thank You

Have you tried swapping the two cameras, and seeing if the issue moves with the camera [or not]?

Hello, 

No I have not tried moving the camera. However, I have tried a reset with my HUB unit, and it seems that after it restarts the camera starts showing the view.  Another fault the camera is having, is when I switch to adjust the viewing area, all that happens is a infinite circle.

Does this also happen when livestreaming the camera?
