Arlo Ultra 2 Base Not Connecting to HomeKit

Happy Tuesday!  When I try to pair my Ultra 2 hub to HomeKit, I get an “Unable to add accessory. This accessory cannot be used with HomeKit." message. 

 

I have seen other community posts where Arlo sent a token to the base and the user rebooted and it worked.  How do I get this sent to my base?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
