Apple Homekit Secure Video

I am reviving the conversations about supporting Apple Homekit Secure Video with the integration using the Arlo Ultra Smarthub: VMB5000-100NAS. Below are direct links on how Apple has ensured that data and video in iCloud remains encrypted and secure.

There is no reason at this point that Arlo could not support Apple Homekit Secure Video despite the comments from JamesC Community Manager implying that Apple does not keep your data safe;

"Arlo does not currently plan to support Apple HomeKit Secure Video. To integrate with HomeKit Secure Video, Arlo cameras would need to share and directly record content to Apple servers allowing content to be stored in iCloud. At Arlo, we are committed to your privacy and keeping your content safe in the Arlo cloud without sharing any information with these integrations."
