Any way to fix hub? Shows offline to orange to blue? I tried resetting.

Hello everyone, is there any way to fix my connection to apper in Arlo app ? 😄
The hub is turning from Offline to orange to blue. Tried resetting, everything.

Give us an exact description as to what's happening including any error messages. If the hub is rebooting, that could be a bad power supply or hub. Might be worth rebooting the router.

Are you using a VPN on the phone? The phone has to be on the same network as the hub to discover it. Once configured you only need Internet access, regardless of how you get it.
If no VPN, try holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber. Let the hub reboot to the solid blue LED (~2 minutes) and try again.
