Wanted to share that Arlo systems really suck in general. The AI REALLY REALLY REALLY sucks and is wrong 80% of the time. If you are considering getting ARLO - RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. The battery life SUCKS. The base stations broadcast ARLO so your neighbors know how crappy your system is and that is doesn't detect motion half of the time. The base stations go offline frequently. The cameras lose connection constantly. Images are crappy to pur garbage. The system SUCKS and is unsafe. It can't detect people unless they are three feet from a camera IF you're camera battery isn't low AGAIN. It detects vehicles about 50% of the time. It take so long to connect remotely that we can't catch any before they have come and gone. If you want this system to feel safe and secure SHOP ELSEWHERE. It is extremely unreliable garbage.

IMPORTANT: if you are within the store’s return policy, dump this junk and run fast!  I wish I did before trying to make it work!  Frankly, I’m sure there’s a class action coming soon.  Sign me up!

I agree on all of these comments. I hate having to watch every **** video from all 6 cams just to see why it was recorded because the thumbnail shows 10 seconds into the real video. 

Also, we bought the outdoor cords for 3 cameras (ALL set at 100% motion and 5 audio, no geofencing), but they stop getting triggered (audio or motion) completely when they are at 100% so we constantly have to unplug them and plug them back in. So much so I made flip cards of 'Unplug Camera' and 'Plug In Camera' for us to keep on the table, bedside, or kitchen counter to remind us before leaving or sleeping or we will  have no recordings or maybe 5 random ones from any camera.

PS.. Still refusing the new "Upgrade" to feed.
