Adding trusted device

I’ve been using an iPhone 7 as my trusted device for a number of years, I’ve now got an iPhone 11 and continued using the app for Arlo. Yesterday I found that when I tried to log in I had to verify that the device I was using was my trusted device, but following the steps I can’t get it verified. What can I do?

If you uninstall the app and download again from the app store, do you still experience the same behavior?
