Hello!!!
I go by Nordikboy.
Is there an actual tech support phone number I can call ?
I just bought two new ARLO ULTRA 2 cameras (4k) with a HOME Base Station and want to add these on to my already installed older system with the older HOME Base Station for three ARLO Pro 3 (2k) and two older ARLO Pro (HD).
I realize that I most likely have to use the new HOME Base Station and most likely have to reprogram 2 new cameras as well as the 5 old cameras to my new hub.
Just trying to do this with the least amount of trouble/pain.

Hi Nordikboy,
Depending on what Base Station/SmartHub you have, you can connect your Ultra 2 camera to a VMB4000, VMB4500, VMB4540 or VMB5000 system. You can read more here: Arlo SmartHub and Base Station Compatibility
If you still need further assistance, navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.
