free subscription for ultra

set up free 1 years free subscription for ultra. But had to reset up arlo smart for my old pro 2 which was on subscription before I chaged hub for ultra. My free year disappeared and I was charged for both. Any suggestions?

 

Impossible to get through to support.

Have spoken to someone on the phone and they were going to sort it out, I have sent copy of invoice and am now awaiting a reply.
