VMC3030 image is red

One of my cameras the picture is red in color. How do I fixes it or what's wrong.

When Nightvision is engaged, there is a filter that moves between the lens and the sensor.  Sometimes that filter gets stuck, and doesn't move out of the way.  When that happens, the image looks red.

This isn't a problem I've had with my own cameras.  But some other users have found that shaking the camera will sometimes resolve it.  Others have used a strong magnet (sliding it along the bottom of the camera under the lens).
