Base station not being recognized I have internet, I’ve already restarted. I am not sure of the status of the account as I never signed up for a plan.

WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? I assume you can log into the app. Be sure you're on WiFi, not cell service, to set up the system. Once set up, you can use cell service also.
