I can,t Subaribe my Arlo pro2 camera!! I cannot subscribe my Arlo Pro 2 camera when I subscription no I see in camera Windows device in inactive smart subscription is required to activate the device subscribe now now when I can subscribed and push button I have no subscribeshelp me my account

Do you need/want Smart? The Pro 2 has the free 7 day plan but no Smart - is that adequate?

Hi Ihor,

 

You may that see that screen if you have more than five cameras on your account and if you don't have an Arlo Smart Subscription.

 

If you're not able to subscribe, you may not reside in the country where we provide Arlo Smart subscription, which you can see here: Where is Arlo Smart available?
