Subscription is gone after resetting Arlo Pro 2 cameras again?

Hey there! I hope you can help me. I had a subscription for both my Arlo Pro 2 cameras. I found them recently disconnected, so I reset up them and found that my subscription was gone, and there is no way to subscribe my cameras. How can I subscribe my cameras back?

I just talk to customer service.  Try restarting your Hub.  I was able to add the camera back after the restart.   The restart also fix my no recording issues.

Having the same issue here.  Not happy about it.  I purchase Arlo thinking I would have no issues.
