Smart Plan shopping page is broken

I'm trying to purchase a single camera plan for my sixth camera. It is impossible to do it either trough the app or the website. The multi-camera plan list shows up empty and the single camera plan list only lists my cameras but nothing else as shown below.

Arlo Smart is not currently supported in EC.
