My smart plan expires today and I am unable to subscribe to a plan as I keep getting an error message When I try to subscribe, no matter what browser I use. This has been going on for weeks. Called and spoke to customer svc who could offer nothing other than to say it’s a software issue. Any idea what recourse I have?

You could try canceling your current plan, and then re-subscribing. Or wait until the plan does expire, and then see if you can renew.
