Upgraded to the Smart Premier for 10 cameras. Only 5 cameras were showing on the "Smart Notifcations", the other 5 were not visible.
Was on CHAT support, they had me cancel my plan and then reenroll. BUT, this eliminated the free month $9.99 and charged my credit card the full year $99.
I feel ripped off since the free month trial of $9.99 was not longer available to me even though I did it the same day. They should be smart enough to allow the free month since the changes are within the same day. AND, I only did it since they had an obvious SW bug. This is an ARLO issue, should not penalize the customer.
