Smart Detection - Detecting people as motion on Arlo Ultra

Hi - i have had a number of issues with smart notifications  - however starting last week - the system no longer detects people and when i review footage of people saved - it shows them as just motion.  As i only have people selected in my notifications - I no longer receive any?  Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi bulimbadave,

 

Try toggling the people and other motion notification off, force close out the Arlo app, and re-open the Arlo app and toggle the people and other motion notifications back on to see if that helps.

 

You can toggle the notifications by going to Settings > Smart Notifications > Choose your Arlo camera that is having problems detecting people.
