Same issue as happened before from someone else:
Can JamesC or someone else from Arlo look into this issue popping up again?
I get recordings to the hub, but not the cloud, sometimes just in one direction of movement, other times both directions.

I am having the same issue but my scenario and issue is a little different. In the App (android) I can see ALL of my devices BUT cloud recording stopped a few days ago (10/12/2020). Upon inspecting the MODE to Arm or Disarm devices only 3 cameras are listed and 2 Base Stations. Therfore, I can only create rules for the cloud recording on 3 of my cameras yet ALL 8 of my camera devices appear and work within the Device Listing (live view). The last recording from any device is 10/12/2020.

RESOLVED-I see now that mode rules are setup under the HUB now. My other devices don't use a HUB which is why they are listed seperately.
