My base station has all the lights lite green, but I am getting the following on the app "Your Base Station is offline. Check if it is powered up and connected to the Internet. Visit support.arlo.com for help".

Thanks for your help, I had another new base station. I installed that which solved the problem.

Try force closing the app and/or rebooting the phone. There's also a link for system status near the top of the first page when you log in here.
