Hi. Can I add a new pro 5s to my existing Smart Premier 10 camera legacy plan? I can add it to my feed but it doesn't have record options. And I only have 9 cameras currently. Thanks

I contacted support and it's sorted
for those that may experience the same, I had added the new camera making 11 cameras connected so one over plan, I deleted one of the cameras thinking that when at 10 it would join the plan it didn't. What I needed to do was deleted both cameras so that 9 were showing then add new the pro5s so that as part of the joint process it then added to the plan.

WHile I think that should work, the best solution is to unsubscribe and purchase a current plan. There could be some issue using a legacy plan that won't be fixed.

While what should work? I can't figure out how to do it. I don't want to cancel my legacy subscription as the new one would cost me more than double I am paying now

I meant that adding the new camera should be covered under your existing plan. However, I can't guarantee it - you'd have to try it to verify.
