Plan ad shows up on log in, & blocks the screen. How do I get rid of it?

For the last few weeks, ads for signing up for a cloud plan shows up every time I log in.  It blocks the camera, until I say maybe later.  How can I get rid of this?

Do you have a screenshot of this promo that pops up every time you log in?

It is doing it on my other computer.  When I get back to that location, I will try to get a screen shot
