Not able to see 7 Days Smart Plan - Arlo Q & Baby

Hello,

As per the screenshot attached, I am not able to see the 7 days smart plan in the app for the camera in subject, which should be included.

Hi mzereba,

 

Could you clarify what Arlo Smart subscription you are supposed to have? 7 days cloud recording is a "No Subscription". You can read more about it here: What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

Thats right “No subscription”, which for these models suppose to have included 7 days CVR.

Could it be for the country? I bought the cameras in US and currently configured them in Dubai.

We do not have Arlo subscriptions available in Dubai. You can view which countries we support by looking at the link above.
