I live in Los Angeles, CA. After changing batteries my devive isn't working. I"ve followed the steps to connect several times. The message says No Arlo devices found. It's been 2 days without my cameras working. The batteries are new and installed correctly. I need help!  Model number VMS3430 Arlo Smart Home

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Does the blue LED blink when you close the battery door? Try just briefly pressing the base sync button (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then press the camera button.
