I recently purchased 5 Ultra cams, 2 Ultra SmartHubs, and a Video Doorbell to add to my 4 Arlo Pro cameras. As part of the Ultracam and SmartHub purchases, I received a 1year subscription to the Smart Premier Plan for up to 10 cameras. Since the "premier" plan does not record in 4K, I subscribed to the Smart Elite plan today with the intention of using that for the 5 ultra cams and planned to use the "premier" plan for the Arlo Pro and Video Doorbell. However, when I added the Smart Elite plan to my account, I lost the 51 weeks remaining on my Smart Premier Plan.
I chatted with the Arlo Support Team about this and they told me once I added the Elite Plan to my account, all other plans and trials were removed. This is frustrating as I "added" the elite plan (versus "upgraded" it) and did not get to leverage the almost full year of this plan that I paid for when I purchased the hardware. Has anyone else experienced this and determined how to rectify? Thx
