I did a factory reset to my Base Station and now no subscription for 1/5 cameras

Factory reset my Base station and 4/5 cameras are good to go, but the Arlo website insists the 5th needs to be activated, even though I am subscribed to Arlo Smart Premier Multi Camera plan.  

 

I read here (https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Smart/Subscription-is-gone-after-resetting-Arlo-Pro-2-cameras-aga...) that resetting the Base station would solve all my problems, but no joy...still the same issue.  

 

Any ideas?

Could you show a screenshot of the error message you're receiving where your fifth camera needs to be activated?
