I continue to be charged for cancelled Premier service

I currently have a Basic subscription. I used to have the premier, but cancelled it and was refunded the difference for that billing period. I am continuing to be charged monthly for premier, despite having confirmed that my plan is currently "basic". I am also receiving confirmation that I will be billed again during the next billing cycle. I waited for 5-10 minutes for live chat to connect without success, and the phone number states they charge for the call. I can't find any other contact method. Can someone please contact me to refund me and stop the billing charges for the future so I don't have to go through the dispute process with my bank/do a charge back?
