How to get subscription?!

When I go to the subscription section in the Arlo web portal, it just says no subscription. There's nothing else, nothing to click. What is going on?

Then you should see something in the right pane of the browser.
I do have a subscription, and don't recall what you should see if you don't have one. Maybe try clearing the browser cache, and logging in again?
