Hi in need of some help.I have a VMS3330 on a basic subscription and wish to upgrade to the premiere which is £6.50 But am having trouble trying to upgrade to this through my app on my iPhone and on the net.is anyone else having these problems.Thankyou

What error are you seeing when trying to upgrade? Have you tried using the web client to see if you can upgrade?
