Had one camera with smart notification. Removed it but won't work on other camera.

So I had one camera with smart notification (person animal so on. ) Decided I wanted to switch which camera had this. So when I removed it and they wouldn't install the other camera, and now I have no smart notifications. Called them and they said I had to buy a plan to have that. But I did have it? And now I don't?

Hi Crazyjeep,

 

What Arlo smart subscription did you have? If you had the Arlo Smart per camera plan and wanted to put the plan to another camera, you will need to cancel your subscription and make a new subscription and choose the camera that you would want to have with the Arlo smart subscription.
