Free trial subscription ended for Video Doorbell. Payment page won't accept any type of payment?

My free subscription ended. So, tried single camera subscription for video doorbell. Made it to the payment page and Arlo won’t accept any type of payment ( PayPal, visa, MC)? Called tech support and was told to try various browsers; explorer, google, Firefox,etc. Nothing works. I AGAIN tell support it’s “when I click submit payment, page just sits there and then nothing happens ?”. Again, another transfer, and another case number, errrrr. This issue seems to be on Arlo not communicating to payment center. Then times out. Any ideas, I wasted two hours calling Arlo tech’s and nothing....Thanks!
