I had to use the E911 feature from the premie plan that I just subscribed to due to someone possibly trying to enter my house. IT FAILED...twice! I had to disconnect from the cameras to call 911 myself. I pressed the e911 and it did nothing. It just sent me back to the camera screen on my phone.
Not sure how Arlo puts out a service that promises to call for emergency services when people lives are on the line and it doesn't even work. What a huge liability to Arlo.
I would love for someone from Alro to contact me so I can give the details, but I'm guessing that won't happen. Glad I bought my system at Costco because its getting returned and replaced with a system that actually does what it says it will do. I will also make sure the word gets out to my circle of influence on how Alro failed when needed.
