Hi, The Credit card on file seems to have been charging for double the amount for the last few months. I've only just realised this. Can I please have this resolved/refunded ASAP. This has now happened for a few months. As the amount wasn't that high, it hadn't flagged my attention earlier.
I've now reconciliated and realised there seems to be double payments being deducted each month, even though there's one account.
