Credit information incorrect on subscription page - Can't add Business Plan

I have had an issue going on for over a week now purchasing the arlo smart premier. I wanted to upgrade to arlo business plan and it has given me the error message that my billing address is incorrect. However, I have had the plan for close to a year. Now It has canceled my subscription and I cannot purchase a new one.  I have verified with my banks the cards and addresses and tried several different cards that all work at other locations. I have opened four tickets with arlo, each with no response after the first day, and still no resolution. I now cannot view my cameras as I have over 10. Somewhere in Arlo's billing system is an address or card info that is messing up purchasing a subscription and I can't seem to get anyone to assist on fixing this. Very frustrating with the amount of money I have spent!
