Country is prefilled as US and cannot change country or payment. Any way to change Smart to Canada?

Hi, my trial period for Arlo Smart expired and I was trying to make payment. However, the country is prefilled as US and I cannot change the country and the payment will not go through. when i press confirm payment.
Is there anyway to change my account to Canada? I am located in Vancouver, BC Canada.
