Charged for service even though not subscribed

Is anyone else being charged for service even though you are no longer subscribed? I subscribed for the Smart service and cancelled later but I keep being charged $2.99. My account doesn't show I'm subscribed so I can't cancel it and the system doesn't allow you to remove your credit card. Very frustrated!!!
