Cannot activate Arlo Smart from Philippines. Purchased Ultra kit from USA.

I bought a 2-cam Arlo Ultra package with a free 1-year subscription plan on Amazon.com in the US. I added it to my existing Arlo account (I have a 5 Arlo Pro cam and a base station) and use it all in the Philippines. Now I do not know how to activate the free subscription. Calling Arlo support is also not an option for me because I am in the Philippines.
