Can't subscribe to a plan. Autofills in Canada as my country and can't change it.

I keep trying to subscribe to a plan, but each time I get to the purchase/billing page it auto fills in Canada as my country & I can't change it!! I've tried on 2 different browsers AND my cell phone and cannot subscribe. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

It's all about what country you set the system up in. Where do you live? Where did you set the system up?
