Can't pay for subscription through app or web client. App also says activity zones don't work?

Cant pay for subscription via app or web and zero actual customer support or assistance. App also states activity zones don't work due to not being plugged into ac power......never has been.

Can't help with paying for a subscription unless you're in a country that can't get one. 

 

Activity zones have always required either AC power and/or a Smart subscription.
