Hello I am from Russia. Bought Arlo PRO 2 days ago
I can not buy a subscription. There is simply no such option in the application or in the web version.

Not all countries can get subscriptions - see the FAQ here for the list.

This should be reported on the first page, not in the FAQ. What solutions are there? VPN? Will there be more countries in the subscription

It's been that way since forever. The lack of ability to subscribe is your notification.
