arlo-- why now when i back out of the app does it DISARM the system?? why is it recording vehicles, and other movement when all cams are set to only record people and animals?? why did i have to log in 3 times to post this?? why is arlo plagued by issue after issue?? this system-approx 2500.00 of what is amounting to useless. is arlo a sinking ship?? this has been a disappointment from day one. i have created 3 cases now in the last 4 days... no response. i am not calling tech support. last time i did = absolute nightmare. arlo-- you need to fix this mess. thx.

Arlo support is terrible and provides incomplete information. Language barrier problems as well. Activity zones often don’t work with a paid subscription. Each customer service call takes no less than 3 calls each time to get an issue resolved. I’d never purchase from them again.
