Been charged again five months after signing up for 1-year account

Can anyone find a contact email address for accounts please.  I have been charged again 5 months after signing up for a 12 month account. I cannot find any cotact details for account queries on the website.....  Raises concerns!!

Thanks for that. It worked. 53 minutes on the phone to be told the matter would be escalated, but no further action heard!  Appreciate your link.
