Base station won’t connect to internet

Can’t get my base station to connect to router and I’ve tried everything on Arlo website to get it context at least 4 times and still nothing any other solutions?

What have you tried? It should be as simple as connecting the base to an open port on the router and then applying power. What base do you have (look on the bottom for VMBxxxx)? What do the LED(s) show?
