Attempting to register for e911 fails in error stating my address is invalid. My address is valid, however, as it seems Arlo doesn’t have it in their backend. What’s the best way to get this resolved?

Contact support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
To provide a bit more context for this: When you make a 911 call from the normal phone network, the phone network itself routes the call to a local Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) which handles the emergency dispatching. When you call from Arlo, that doesn't work - because you want the PSAP for the camera location, not the PSAP for the location where your phone is. So the Arlo backend needs to do that routing (e.g. directly call the right PSAP). That requires a database lookup based on your address. If that lookup fails for some reason, then Alro needs to work with the provider of that database to resolve the issue.

When will Arlo be working with the provider then?
Have you contacted support yet? They should be able to give you some idea on how long it will take to resolve.
