I’ve paid for a 20 camera subscription whereas I have mostly pro 2 cameras and pro 3 cameras. I’ve talked to arlo multiple times about my old subscription not being renewed because my card expired. I told them for me to renew my card I need a better plan because I was paying $150 + tax for a yearly plan. And they want me to pay $32.44 a month which equals to a years time of $388.08 + tax. This is ridiculous! I’ve talked to supervisor he gave me the run around. He stated he would contact me in 48hr. Contacted arlo again and they said they would upgrade my case again. I keep getting the run around on my case. I asked for supervisor and manager but not available. I even told them if you expect me to pay extreme amount of that arlo needs to have their own technicians to come out and fix the camera issues I’ve been having with connection issues and so on. If anyone in the community who is having an issue in the big price difference please respond and let arlo know to. Thank you!
