Arlo pro smart plan gone after camera re sync. Can't access plan but still charging me.

Its been over a week and still no joy with arlo tech team to sort out my arlo pro smart subscription! Why so long?
I re sync my camera that was on a smart plan and since doing so i cant access my smart notifications (states not in plan) arlo are still charging me for the subscription but for some reason cant link my account to the camera!
Will this ever get fixed?
