Arlo didn't succeed in charging my MasterCard? Not seeing any issues?

Every month I get 2 emails telling me ARLO didn't succeed in charging my MasterCard. Every time I in MY ARLO I check the details of my subscription and update the already correct data of my credit card. On this side there are no problems. Can ARLO check their side?

I got a charge of $1.01 on my card, I cannot contact support with the telephone numbers given. I did not purchase anything & there is no reason for this charge. I had to cancel my card! This is a difficult ordeal since it is the Holidays!
