Arlo Smart Plan page not showing

Hello,

 

I've purchased the Arlo Pro 3 last February, and ever since I've been trying to figure how to subscribe to the smart plans.

 

I have followed all the steps and when I login to my account and select the subscription tab all I see is a message "No subscription" and I couldn't find any option to select a plan and subscribe.

 

Any idea if there is another way to subscribe for arlo smart?

Saudi Arabia is not listed in the link for available subscriptions per Arlo in that link unfortunately.

Where are you? Only select countries get the ability to subscribe to any plan as noted in the appropriate FAQ here in the support area. Are you using the app or web? Have you tried both?

Here is a link to the areas that subscriptions are available. Also on web you can select "smart plans" at the top as jguerdat said to try.
