We are looking to upgrade our subscription. We currently have to premiere level account with 10 cameras and had planned on moving to the Elite level so that we could deploy additional cameras. It looks as that pricing model is not available any longer, nor is any yearly subscriptions. Have all subscription plans moved to a monthly cost? We are required to provide accounting an invoice and PO for every charge making monthly subscriptions more hassle than their worth. Also the new pricing model seems to effectively double the costs for us. The new Elite model is $9.99/month for 5 cameras and a 50% discount, at $1.49, on any additional cameras. Some quick math says that our monthly total is going to be around $18 to keep us at the same level we are at currently.  The "Upgraded" plans do not provide us any noticeable benefit since the storage time is still at 30 days and we do not have 2k/4k cameras. We felt moving to a business account may be our only option and the 14 day CVR can work for us, although limiting us to 16 cameras. Again, while trying to change our plan, we seem to only have a monthly subscription option. If invoices aren't readily available on the website, no direct access to any billing department, and coupled with the last time we needed a copy of an invoice it took us 2 weeks to receive it; a monthly service plan won't work for us. If no yearly subscription is available, how long will we remain on the old plan if we don't make any account changes?

Hi @SSDD

If you do not make any changes to your existing subscription, you may continue to renew it.
